Funny to start my brand new blog with a plant. I remember hearing as a kid that these were impossible to kill but I'll tell you that is not true. I've killed one. Yup. No it was not on purpose. I feel like poo for it. But it happens. I'll tell you how..... 

it's called root rot. These plants are very tough, dont need a lot of light and can handle neglect. In fact they like to be dry. Or at least dried out before you water again. So dont over water because root rot DOES KILL. Also, plant bonus is that they are great for oxygen in the house and are EXTREMELY "trendy" right now. 

So it is almost my birthday. The dirty thirty to be specific. I am celebrating in all sorts of ways but one of them is this new blog called Mother's Post. If there is one thing that I am and know a lot about is being a mother. I am a mother head first and all the way. Cleaning, cooking, carb counting, insulin giving, butt wiping, limo driving, wife-ing.... the whole 9.
